ENEF Group was established in 2013 as a medical facility providing psychological support for employees.
Since then, we’ve grown into a multidisciplinary team of experts offering a wide range of services through a comprehensive Employee Assistance Program (EAP). Our mission is simple: to help people — employees and their families — navigate life’s challenges so they can live more fulfilling personal and professional lives.

Our network consists of more than 60 experts in the Czech Republic and 40 professionals in Slovakia and is continually expanding.
All our internal and external psychologists have completed bachelor’s and master’s degrees in psychology and possess several years of experience working with clinical populations. Additionally, our external legal and financial advisors are members of professional institutions and bring many years of expertise to their roles.
